Our Team
I offer psychoanalytic psychotherapy to individuals and couples. I work well with a diverse spectrum of issues including: anxiety, depression, grief and loss, shame and guilt, body image and life transitions. I take pride in offering a non-judgmental, affirmative place to talk about gender identities and sexualities.
My role as the therapist is to help my patients identify emotional and relational patterns, which are keeping them feeling stuck and not living life to their fullest potential. I work collaboratively with my patients to understand the origin of these patterns and ways in which they are blocking growth.
Psychoanalytic therapy is an ongoing, in-depth conversation between two people. The conversation and the relationship become a meaningful resource and play an important role in addressing the problems that have brought a person to therapy in the first place.
