Bio
I view therapy as a collaborative process, helping clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, grief, depression, substance misuse, relationship issues, and major life transitions—including the often complex transition into adulthood. I am passionate about working with young adults as they find their footing, develop a sense of self, and build meaningful lives.
I work with individuals and couples and support people in navigating relationships and the journey of parenthood. I offer affirming and culturally sensitive care to all, inclusive of the LGBTQ+ community. I have specialized experience working in the area of maternal health. My own experience with motherhood enriches my work, allowing me to bring deeper empathy and understanding to my practice.
I approach my work with clients with empathy, compassion, and a deep respect for my clients’ unique life experiences. I am a relational therapist; I draw from psychodynamic, psychoanalytic and attachment based theories, incorporating emotionally focused and trauma-informed care. As a certified yoga instructor, I integrate mind-body practices to enhance overall wellness and deepen the therapeutic process. Whether you are new to therapy or a seasoned client seeking a deeper process, I am here to support you in meeting your goals for growth and wellness, creating a more meaningful life.
