Bio
Therapy is more than a space for healing, it’s a place of discovery. I believe there is power in reconnecting with the parts of ourselves that may have been lost, silenced, or obscured. As a proud queer Black woman, I understand how vital it is to hold space for all of who we are: our identities, our histories, and our aspirations.
My approach is holistic, human-centered, and grounded in compassion, curiosity, and authenticity. I draw from psychodynamic, trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming, and culturally-competent frameworks to support you in deepening your understanding of self and the world around you. I believe therapy should be affirming, empowering and liberating. For this reason, our work together will be collaborative and rooted within an anti-oppressive, decolonial lens.
Are you ready to explore the patterns, narratives, and relationships that have shaped you? Whether you're seeking clarity, healing, or transformation, I'd be honored to support you in this work.
