Bio

Being truly known and having space to freely exist can feel terrifying. It’s uncomfortable to be vulnerable and terrifying to feel seen, but real connection is something that everybody deserves. As your therapist, it is my job to help guide and support you in reframing your relationships to yourself and to others. We work as a team to create compassion, understanding and trust. Together we will identify and extrapolate the unhelpful or defensive patterns that are keeping you feeling stuck and in turn encourage you to use that awareness to help find newer and often clearer ways of communicating your wants, needs and unresolved pain.

My goal in working together is to help you to feel your feet on the ground, connect with your heart, and to speak from a place of sincerity and authenticity. The way I work is genuine, attachment focused & rooted in holistic and authentic care. I often find myself working with individuals who have experienced trauma, family of origin wounds, mood disorders, and attachment trauma. Many of my clients are also navigating depression or anxiety, as well as their complicated relationships with eating and/or substance use. I work with clients experiencing a mix of things, but what usually ties them together is their ability to be incredibly self aware but never actually feel genuinely connected or deeply known.
