Bio
Hi. Welcome. I’m Katrina. I know reaching out for therapy can feel really vulnerable, and I’m glad you’re here.
I believe meaningful therapy and healing begins with a strong client-therapist relationship. Feeling understood, accepted, and genuinely connected can lay the foundation for exploring difficult experiences, gaining insight, and creating lasting change.
My approach is relationship-focused, collaborative, warm, and authentic. Drawing from trauma-informed, psychodynamic, and evidence-based practices, I work alongside you as you deepen your understanding of yourself, your relationships, and the experiences that have shaped you. Together, we will move at a pace that feels right for you.
As a queer adoptee, I understand that questions of identity, belonging, self-acceptance, and self-understanding can be deeply personal and complex. I strive to create a space where all parts of who you are can be welcomed with curiosity and care. My practice is LGBTQ+, neurodivergent-, and identity-affirming. If this resonates with you, I look forward to your outreach.
