Do you find yourself overthinking your relationships, replaying conversations, or wondering why some interactions affect you so deeply? Maybe you’ve been feeling low, unmotivated, or not quite like yourself. You may be navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, or questions about identity and belonging. Maybe it feels like you’re holding some of the pieces but can’t see the whole picture?

Then, welcome. I work with teens and adults who want to better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns showing up in their lives. Together, we will slow things down, get curious, and make sense of the experiences that shaped you.

My approach is warm, relational, collaborative, and trauma-informed. Drawing from psychodynamic, somatic, and CBT-informed approaches, we'll explore your history, notice the patterns that may be running the show, and begin connecting the pieces in a way that feels meaningful. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

With a background in community mental health, serving diverse populations, I welcome individuals from all walks of life. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you reach out. Therapy is a no-pressure, no-judgment space. We can start with the pieces you already have and make sense of the rest together.
