Bio
I work with individuals ready to move beyond the surface. Together, we work deeply to get to the root of distressing emotions and unhelpful patterns to understand their origins and facilitate lasting, nervous-system-level healing. My approach is holistic, somatic-centered and psychodynamic, focusing on how your body holds onto past stress and "parts" of your history. I help clients explore the different roles we take on-in our family, at work, and with friends- inclusive of exploring our internal world and parts, to better understand how they show up in our lives.
To provide a deeper, more embodied path to wellness, I incorporate attachment work, and mind-body and trauma informed practices. I am particularly passionate about supporting those navigating the unique complexities of identity and belonging. This includes a deep clinical focus on BIPOC, Ace-Spec individuals, and the adoption constellation.
My door is open to anyone feeling the "quiet heaviness" of depression or the "sharp edge" of anxiety, academic burnout, or relational stress. I work from a neurodivergent-, LGBTQ+-, and identity-affirming lens. I meet you exactly where you are-honoring your unique way of thinking, feeling, and engaging with the world-empowering your resilience and wellness.
