Bio
Hi. Welcome. I know reaching out for therapy can feel really vulnerable, and I am glad you’re here. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in familiar patterns, navigating questions around identity and belonging, or carrying things that have felt hard to put into words, therapy can offer a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported as you explore your experiences and reconnect with yourself.
I work with individuals who want to move beyond simply getting through the day and explore the deeper roots of what they’re experiencing. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in psychodynamic, attachment-based, and mind-body perspectives that support insight, healing, and growth. Together, we will move at a pace that feels right for you.
My door is open to individuals across the lifespan navigating identity, anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, relational stress, and life transitions. I work from a neurodivergent-, LGBTQ+-, and identity-affirming lens. I value authenticity, curiosity, creativity, and deep respect for each person’s unique story.
