Bio
As a psychotherapist with over 20 years experience, I have helped individuals and couples push through challenges to find fulfillment, well-being and balance in love, work and play. At The Therapy Collective, I wear many professional “hats” and lead in areas related to organizational health, professional development, and financial and general operations. I co-founded this group psychotherapy practice with Lisa Zurndorfer, LCSW, to offer caring, resourceful, and impactful therapy, helping our clients find sustained, meaningful connections, and create the kind of growth and change they seek in their lives. Creating a healthy and nurturing community of talented and dedicated therapists has been a natural evolution of my career and aligns with the Therapy Collective’s mission. As a leader, I promote the values of growth and social justice. Expanding awareness of the diverse expression of the human experience and striving towards work that is anti-biased and anti-racist, and affirming of all gender expressions and identities are central commitments in our practice.
