Our Team

Lori Moussapour, LCSW

Director of Learning and Organizational Development, Psychotherapist

I help clients push through challenges to find fulfillment, well-being and balance in love, work and play. I offer warmth, openness and honesty in order to co-create trust and curiosity about the challenges clients face. I listen deeply, with compassion and help facilitate self-awareness, change, empowerment and growth.

My approach is relational and psychodynamic, but my practice is eclectic. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies. I am an Emotional Literacy Coach and Master Trainer through Yale’s Center for Emotional Intelligence, helping clients build skills in communication, relationships and intimacy.

Many of my clients seek help with parenting, life transitions, life balance, relationship and marital issues, family issues, ADD, school problems, grief, emerging adulthood/launching, anxiety, self-esteem, loneliness, and managing stress/challenges, especially those related to chronic health conditions such as food allergies.

Lori Moussapour, LCSW, holds a Master of Social Work from New York University Silver School of Social Work, a Master of Arts in education from New York University’s Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from George Washington University’s Columbian College of Arts & Sciences
