Our Team
My therapeutic approach is compassionate, creative, and collaborative. Core to my practice is a relentless commitment to creating a safe, non-judgmental space that opens the door for vulnerability. We will work together to unearth behavioral roots and break emotional patterns that no longer serve you so that you can step into your most authentic self.
I will invite you to explore your mind/body connection in our sessions. By connecting the physical manifestations of emotions to the cognitive narratives we tell ourselves we can better understand how we are feeling, heal past traumas, and develop skills for handling distress.
Together we can find healing, love, and connection.
