Bio
My therapeutic approach is compassionate, creative, and collaborative. Core to my practice is creating a safe, non-judgmental space that opens the door for exploration. We will work together to unearth behavioral roots and break emotional patterns that no longer serve you so that you can step into your most authentic self. We will work together to help bring healing, connection, and love to your life.
I will invite you to explore your mind/body connection in our sessions. By connecting the physical manifestations of emotions to the cognitive narratives we tell ourselves, we can better understand how we are feeling, heal past traumas, and develop skills for handling distress.
My work ranges from supporting first-time therapy-goers (in particular cis-men) who are struggling to understand their emotions and communicate their needs, to seasoned therapy-lovers who are ready to take their work deeper. I am particularly passionate about working with couples and polycules. I also work closely with LGBTQIA+ and sex worker individuals.
