Bio
In a world where real connection can sometimes feel hard to come by, I offer a space that’s warm, compassionate, and free of judgment where you can feel truly seen, heard, and supported in your growth. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or simply longing for something more meaningful, I invite you to explore what it means to be human- the messy, the beautiful, and everything in between- alongside me. My work is grounded in empathy, humor, and deep respect for your unique story.
I work with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, relationship struggles, life transitions, trauma, grief, loneliness, depression, and the lasting impact of growing up in dysfunctional or emotionally unavailable environments. My approach is collaborative and trauma-informed, drawing from a blend of therapeutic modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, internal family systems (IFS), psychodynamic and attachment-based approaches, mindfulness, and somatic (mind–body) practices.
I welcome people of all genders, sexualities, lifestyles, and identities, and I practice through an anti-oppressive, liberation-focused lens. Together, we’ll explore not just your personal experiences, but also the cultural and systemic forces that have shaped your path.
Our work isn’t about “fixing” you, because you’re not broken. It’s about gently uncovering what no longer serves you, reconnecting with your body and your values, and creating space for new, more aligned ways of engaging with life. My goal is to support you in coming home to yourself with greater clarity, authenticity, and self-compassion.
