Bio

At this time, when real human connection feels increasingly fleeting, my primary goal is to build a meaningful relationship with you and offer therapy as a safe space for you to be seen, understood and supported in your growth. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply yearning for something more fulfilling, I invite you to explore your humanness with me in work grounded in compassion, humor, and a deep respect for your lived experience.

I work with individuals navigating a variety of challenges such as those related to anxiety, relationships, life transitions, loss, loneliness, and depression. Some clients use therapy to explore and then build a life of meaning and purpose. My approach to this work begins with warmth, curiosity, and an open mind, and is attuned to those seeking culturally affirming, trauma-informed care. I warmly welcome people of all lifestyles, genders, sexualities, and identities and use an anti-oppressive, liberation-based lens to explore the cultural, systemic, and personal forces shaping your story.

Together, we will identify what no longer serves you, reconnect with your body and values, and cultivate new ways of engaging with life. I will meet you with kindness and gently challenge you to grow, offering practical tools and deeper insight to support lasting change. My goal is not to “fix” but to support you in coming home to yourself with greater clarity, authenticity, and self-love.
