Your out-of-pocket cost depends on your individual benefits, including any applicable copay, coinsurance, or deductible. As an in-network provider, we do not charge Cigna members above the contracted rate for covered services beyond their applicable cost-sharing responsibility

The first session is a time for you and your therapist to get to know one another. Your therapist may ask questions about your past and current relationships. They may explore the present, your work, health, social life, family relationships, hobbies, etc. They will listen to what’s hard, what hurts, or what gets in the way of you living your best life. Usually this session is an important time to try and understand the reason you seek therapy. The first meeting is also a good time to go over any questions you have about your therapist or the process.

Therapy may be right for you if anxiety, stress, or recurring patterns in relationships are starting to affect your sleep, mood, work, or sense of yourself or if you simply want more clarity and ease in your life. A consultation is a low-pressure way to explore fit: you can ask questions, share a bit about what you’re noticing, and get a sense of whether a particular therapist and approach feel like a good match.
