Our Team

Elisa Hadley MHA, CAPM

Practice and Project Manager

The key to successful healthcare starts with a functional healthcare system. My goal as a healthcare administrator and project manager is to create better access and care for clients and a better environment for clinicians.

My background in healthcare includes a brief period of clinical experience as an Emergency Medical Technician, and more extensively as a healthcare administrator and project manager. With my experience on the clinical and administrative sides, I possess great understanding and knowledge of the healthcare industry. I strive to utilize my experience to create a more functional healthcare system for all parties. My intention is to support and advocate for the clients and clinicians at The Therapy Collective throughout their healthcare journey. Healthcare should be where clients focus on their health and clinicians focus on their clients. My responsibility is to ensure this is possible and achieved.

Elisa holds a Masters in Healthcare Administration from University of Cincinnati, Bachelor of Science in General Science from Oregon State University, and Certified Associate of Project Management (CAPM) from Project Management Institute.
