Psychotherapy

Individual psychotherapy is the process of meeting one-on-one, usually weekly, with a therapist to address emotional and relational concerns with the goal of improving overall wellness and life fulfillment. It provides clients with the means to build personal insight and heal from traumatic events.

Individual therapy garners much of its strength from a collaborative dynamic that emerges between the therapist and client, providing the conditions necessary to empower clients to be their authentic selves in our rapidly changing, fast-paced world. Of the many clients who choose to enter individual therapy, a vast majority report life changing benefits from allocating space in their lives to focus on their own respective healing, growth, and self-actualization. This can positively impact all areas of life.

The Therapy Collective values diversity and recognizes that a “one size fits all” approach is unrealistic and can lead to oppressive, harmful repercussions. With holistic, liberation-based treatment in mind, our services are rendered by trained professionals from a variety of backgrounds, embodying a broad assortment of specialties.
