Integrative Psychotherapy holds that talk therapy is supported by holistic practices like meditation, yoga, and acupuncture, and nutrition, among many others.
Although traditional therapy is the cornerstone of our practice, we believe in the benefit of other practices and modalities to enhance outcomes for our clients. The Therapy Collective psychotherapists often introduce such integrative practices that highlight the ways in which our lifestyle impacts our mental health.
We frequently refer clients to vetted experts who have worked extensively in therapeutic settings and [most importantly], work collaboratively with our therapists and clients.
The Therapy Collective is an IHI-approved LGBTQ+-affirming mental health services provider.
While we are currently virtual, our practice hopes to return to hybrid services, with in-office and virtual services in the near future.
