The Therapy Collective offers a variety of Group Therapy options, all of which give our clients  the opportunity to see others navigating similar experiences. This group approach helps individuals feel less alone with their challenges and in their healing/growth process.

Whether the bonding agent be a diagnosis, a traumatic life event or a central aspect of identity, clients who see someone else cope with similar experiences and emotions offers a path for recovery and growth and provides them with a new perspective on life. As our clients progress, they will act as a support figure for others, just as our experienced group leaders will model for them.

The group setting allows clients to share their behaviors, emotions and observations and get productive feedback from others within a safe, supportive and secure environment dedicated to growth and healing.
