Natalya Bowen, LMSW
Psychotherapist
Welcome! I am a licensed social worker specializing in supporting individuals struggling with low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, addiction, substance use, stress related to life transitions, relationships, immigration and loss.
In my therapeutic approach, I integrate various modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, Compassionate Inquiry, Co-active coaching model, polyvagal theory, and mindfulness.
I believe that every person is whole and perfect just as they are. My role as a clinician is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, gain clarity about their behaviors, and uncover their own truths and answers.
When you work with me, you can expect unwavering support, compassionate presence, and a dedicated clinician who truly cares about your well-being. Together, we will create a nurturing environment that fosters motivation for change and helps you make sense of your experiences.
I invite you to reach out and begin your transformative journey today. Let’s work together to overcome challenges, nurture resilience, and create a life filled with meaning and fulfillment.
